Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Here's another place that's similar to Qdoba and Chipotle. You know, the Subway of Mexican food. Burritos made right before your eyes, and they're so big that it is nearly impossible (at least for me) to eat a whole one in one sitting. I have only committed such an act once, and my stomach was very unhappy with me for the rest of the day. But I digress... What sets it apart? They give you free chips with your burrito. And they have a nice little salsa bar with a few different types of salsa and sauces to choose from. Yum! My veggie burrito was fresh, and delicious. And they didn't charge extra for sour cream or guacamole! (I think they might on other burritos, but it was included in the veggie one!) I also liked the atmosphere a little better than Chipotle or Qdoba. It was a little more comfortable, more space.

Welcome to Moe's! NOW RUN FOR YOUR LIVES YOU ARE ABOUT TO EAT CRAPTASTIC MEXICAN FOOD!! Moe's is meager when it comes to burritos. Their signature "home wrecker" burrito is lack luster and filled with bland ingredients. I ordered mine with Chicken, unseasoned and luke warm. The rice is blah and the chips feel like the came out of a tosititos bag.... What gives Moe's?

The employees holler "Welcome to Moe's" when you enter the building...very annoying and not cute when it's forced by company policy. Restaurant is similar to Chipotle and Qdoba. Food portions are large and filling. The quality is good but it is "Americanized" TexMex. Salsa bar offers 1 hot, 2 medium and 2 mild varieties. Drinks are dispensed from one of those fancy coke machines where you pick your soda and then have the opportunity to add flavors like cherry, lime, peach, grape, raspberry, vanilla etc. Meals come with free unlimited chips.

I love Moe's. It is delicious! However, the customer service as this particular Moe's is less than satisfactory. I went in to get a quesadilla for dinner and there was a new person training. I have no problem with that, everyone starts somewhere. When he moved my quesadilla from the grill back to the counter he did a bad flip and it ended up face down with its contents all over the counter. Instead of offering to make a new one, his trainer came over, said oh this will be okay! and used her gloved hands (that she just bagged someone else's order with and used on the cash register) to scoop the quesadilla contents back into the dilla, fold it over and call it a day. I'm not going to be "that person" that demands a new one but I was grossed out and will not be returning to this location. If that's what they do in front of the customers who knows how their cleanliness is in the back!

I love my MOE's ~! I like walking in and being greeted, "welcome to Moe's!" makes me smile. The fact I build my own food, burrito, taco salad, etc., is always a great positive. How can ones food not be right when one makes it? I like the pop machine~!! If I don't want pop, I may have flavored water!! Great food (always fresh, and favorful), great price, great friendly employees~!! I love my MOE'S.

I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Ownership is atrocious. Save yourself a trip, because surely your time is not valuable to these people, only your money.

I was excited to try this place as it's close to where we moved to. It's like Chipotle or Qdoba, but with one thing different...it's not good. The employees looked like they didn't want to be there. Save your time, and go to Chipotle, Qdoba, or now there's a Salsa Grill down the road that's amazing. This place is one and done for me. The food and service was that bad.

I like that we can get grass fed beef and pork, as well as whole grain tortillas if you ask. Food is good and everything is made to order. No extra charge for chips. Good service and good for kids. They love the amazing pop machine. Recently the music has been too loud and raucous for our taste, but that's us.

This place is just MEH. The service is always fine, but the food is soooo bland. I have tried chicken, beef, pork, fish, and tofu. It all taste the same here. Just bland. I honestly don't know why you would go here when their is a Chipotle and a Qdoba right up the road.
